About Me

Hi, I’m Brie, and I didn’t land here with an intense health journey. My periods were never debilitating—maybe because I was on birth control for 18 years—and when I stopped, my cycle regulated quickly. No major symptoms, no red flags. So, my path to women’s health didn’t start with my body; it started with the feeling that something was off.

Some weeks, I was unstoppable—motivated, productive, like I had cracked the code to life. Other weeks? The opposite. No energy, no focus, and an endless loop of self-judgment. What was wrong with me? Why couldn’t I just be consistent?

It started with the feeling that something was off… Why couldn’t I just be consistent?

That’s when I finally paid attention to something I’d been hearing for years: the whispers about the power of our menstrual cycle. I didn’t fully get it at first, but I knew I needed something to explain why I felt like two different people each month. So, I found a coach who specialized in cycle syncing and my world opened up.

I learned that my hormones weren’t just about my period—they were influencing my energy, mood, metabolism, and even brain function every single day. The sudden drops in motivation? Not a character flaw. Just progesterone increasing after ovulation, naturally slowing me down. The burst of confidence I felt some weeks? A peak in estrogen and testosterone, boosting my dopamine and making everything feel easier. Nothing was wrong with me—this was simply how my body was designed to function.

Tracking my cycle revealed patterns I had been unknowingly fighting against for years. Instead of pushing through exhaustion or forcing myself to operate at the same level every day, I started working with my body’s natural rhythm. And the self-judgment that had followed me for so long? It faded. For the first time, I felt in sync with myself.

This knowledge gave me something I didn’t even realize I was missing: trust in my body. A way of living that felt aligned, not exhausting. And once I found it, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t known sooner.

This information shouldn’t be a mystery to us—it’s how our bodies are built. But we’re raised to believe periods are a burden, PMS is inevitable, and we should feel the same every day. In reality, our hormones influence everything from our energy and focus to our stress response and creativity. When we understand that, we stop fighting ourselves and start working with our biology instead of against it.

Your cycle isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a rhythm to work with.

Your cycle isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a rhythm to work with. When you tune into it, everything makes more sense.

My hope is to help women understand their bodies so they can stop judging themselves and start living in a way that feels supportive, aligned, and energizing. When I did this for myself, I found a life I didn’t even know was possible—and I’d love to help you find the same.
