One-on-One Coaching

You don’t need another plan — you need space to be supported as you make aligned, lasting shifts.

One-on-one coaching helps you recognize your patterns so things can start to make sense.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I piece together patterns in what you share that you haven’t yet been able to see for yourself — not because there’s something wrong with you, but because we’re rarely taught how to recognize the patterns our bodies and experiences follow.

How I listen

As you talk, I’m listening differently — hearing the connections between things that may feel separate, noticing the patterns underneath your experiences, and reflecting them back in a way that helps things start to make sense.

How I guide

I value telling the truth directly — not to push, convince, or override you, but to help you see what you may not yet be seeing.
I guide you to your own insight, so what lands isn’t something I told you, but something you can see and feel for yourself. That’s what creates real trust — not in me, but in you.

What matters most

I care more about you understanding yourself than getting you to fix something or follow a plan. This isn’t about pressure or doing things “right.” It’s about creating space for you to feel free to want what you want.

The depth of this work

I process things deeply, which means I don’t just give surface-level answers — I help translate what you’re experiencing into something clearer, more grounded, and more understandable. Not by adding more noise, but by helping what’s already there come into focus.

This work isn’t about giving you answers. It’s about helping you recognize what’s true, so you can move forward from a place that feels aligned, not forced.

Because your body isn’t random — and there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s just something you haven’t been shown how to see yet.

How 1:1 Coaching has Helped Others

  • Miriam L.

“Before coaching, I had a lot of general goals but no clear plans to achieve them. My stress levels were high, and I often felt tired and overwhelmed. Honestly, I didn’t really understand what a coach did or how they could help—I imagined someone strict, telling me what to do. But working with Brie has been the exact opposite. Our work together has taught me self-compassion and helped me see how hard I was on myself. She does a very good job of guiding me through my thoughts and feelings to help me realize these things. Coaching has been very collaborative, and it’s been great to talk through my goals and develop an achievable plan. The motivation is much more compassionate than I expected, and even when I didn’t think I had done a good job, Brie found a way to bring out the positive. The biggest benefit has been realizing what truly matters to me and, just as importantly, understanding why. I’ve also noticed physical changes—I feel a lot less stressed, healthier, and I’m making better choices. Overall, coaching has improved my health and my life. I would definitely recommend it to others—it’s super helpful to have someone guide you through your thoughts and help you develop your goals!”

  • Grace K.

“What I liked most about coaching was allocating time for myself to focus on what I can improve upon and having a supportive coach guide me to explore different perspectives and opinions. Before I experienced it for myself, I saw coaching as receiving assistance in motivation to meet goals and setting accountability. I now realize that the coach can help you adjust your own thinking process to initiate more creative thinking, and find ways to motive yourself. I would recommend coaching to anyone that needs a little kick in the arse to get started/stay motivated in their goals!”

What is coaching and is it for you?

  • A collaborative partnership — we walk through this together

  • A space to explore your thoughts, patterns, and experiences without judgment

  • Tailored to you — your body, your experiences, your needs

  • A process that may feel uncomfortable at times — because growth often does

  • A practice rooted in self-trust and patience

Coaching IS…

  • Someone telling you what to do

  • A one-size-fits-all plan

  • A quick fix or overnight change

  • About fixing you — because you are not broken

  • About getting it “right” — there’s nothing to prove here.

Coaching is NOT…

Coaching is for you when you're ready to understand yourself in a deeper way and create change that lasts.

Trust that whisper.
Trust yourself.

No pressure — just a conversation to see if this feels like the right fit.
